Street parking is available in the area around the property. We recommend checking local signage on arrival. Larnaca city centre has paid and free parking zones, and spaces are generally available nearby.

Finikoudes Beach is just a 5-minute walk from our front door — one of the best things about our location. You can easily walk to the promenade and the seafront without needing a car.

Your room will be prepared fresh and clean for your arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is available on request for a fee of €10 per service. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at check-in.

A city tax of €0.50 per person per night applies, as required by Cypriot law. A cleaning fee of €15 per person per night is also charged. These fees will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
