More Than a Place to Stay

A restored mansion. A new chapter. Four rooms with a story to tell.

What is Epos?

Έπος. In ancient Greek, it means word. Story. Song. The kind of thing that gets passed down — not written, but felt. We chose this name because we believe that every stay leaves a trace. A memory of light through an old window. The sound of the sea two streets over.

A mansion restored. A legacy continued.

The building at 26 Athenon Street is not new — but everything inside it is. This was once the home of Evantia Pieridou, one of Larnaca’s most beloved benefactors. In 2026, after a careful restoration, the mansion opened its doors once more — four brand-new rooms, modern amenities, and a quiet comfort that feels both fresh and rooted in history.

Start your morning with a sea view.

Our in-house café opens onto a terrace with an idyllic view of the Mediterranean. Whether it’s your first coffee of the day or a quiet afternoon break, the veranda is yours to enjoy — a rare thing to find this close to the centre of Larnaca.
Our Rooms

Four Rooms. Four Heroines.

Each room is named after a heroine of Greek mythology — an invitation to think about the stories that spaces hold.
