This carefully restored mansion was once the home of Evanthia Pieridou, one of Larnaca’s greatest benefactors. Born in 1867, she dedicated her fortune to those in need — and in her will, she ensured this building would never be demolished, its purpose never forgotten.
Today, her mansion has been lovingly restored to welcome a new chapter. The original architecture has been preserved with care, while each of the four rooms has been thoughtfully designed to offer modern comfort without erasing the soul of the building. Walking through its doors, you feel the weight of history and the lightness of the sea at the same time.
